22 Aug “Almuaibid” at the Saudi-Chinese Business Forum
Under the auspices of His Excellency, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and in the presence of His Excellency the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia in the Republic of China, Abdul Rahman bin Ahmed Al-Harbi; the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Abdul Rahman Al-Muaibed Group, Eng. Abdulrahman bin Abdullatif Almuaibid, signed a MOU with the Chinese CMEC Group, specialized in the construction and engineering field, during the Saudi mission’s visit to China to attend the Joint Saudi-Chinese Business Forum to look for proper financing programs and building and construction technologies for the Ministry of Housing projects. This visit is intended to promote the cooperation opportunities between both countries in the real estate development and city infrastructure industries.
CMEC Group is the parent company for a group of multi-purpose companies operating in contracting, residential projects and infrastructure. This agreement is intended to develop and construct residential units in various regions at Saudi Arabia.
Abdulrahman Almuaibid Group, represented by its founder and Chairman of the Board, Eng. Abdulrahman bin Abdullatif Almuaibid, participated in the meetings and events of the Joint Saudi-Chinese Business Forum, through the Saudi mission under the auspices of H.E, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and in the presence of His Excellency the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia in the Republic of China, Abdul Rahman bin Ahmed Al-Harbi.
H.E, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing stated such meetings are intended to look for financing and refinancing programs and sustainable building and construction technologies for housing projects, and to reach governmental plans to develop the infrastructure for housing projects.
